The Youth Athletic Development Academy provides the best practice in youth athletic development; educating students, parents and coaches on foundational development for athletic success. We pride ourselves on prioritising safety and effectiveness while training our athletes to perform better, reach higher and achieve their sporting dreams.
All of our programs are targeted towards increasing the qualities that lead to improved athleticism, health, sporting performance and reduced injury rates.
“THERE MAY BE PEOPLE THAT HAVE MORE TALENT THAN YOU, BUT THERE’S NO EXCUSE FOR ANYONE TO WORK HARDER THAN YOU DO”
– Derek Jeter
Youth Athletic Development Academy athletes are committed to character development, resilience in the face of adversity, and showing respect to all. They take responsibility in the management of their own discipline in regards to health and performance — including recovery, training, nutrition and mindset.
Our athletes understand that results come from intrinsic motivation, consistency, long-term commitment, and a love of the process. Their best effort and attitude is always put forward.
Youth Athletic Development Academy athletes are committed to upholding this culture within their community; striving to positively contribute to this environment while also supporting other athletes in their journey towards becoming their best.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Our athletic development training programs focus on the development of the physical qualities that underpin all sports and are essential for optimising sports performance while reducing injury rates. Students develop qualities such as speed, strength, mobility/stability, endurance, agility and coordination. Our programs are run through St. Andrew’s Anglican College and Outside The Box Gym and are open to all students throughout the Sunshine Coast. Classes run from Monday through Friday during term — both before and after school — as well as specialised programs throughout the school holidays.

I just wanted to reach out to let you know how thrilled we are with your coaching for Zac. Zac is so proud of what he is achieving in every session — being expected to progress and pushing himself. He is really enjoying it, we only wish we had looked for and found your coaching earlier.
This program has been brilliant for my three high school aged kids! They are not only fitter but happier and more focused at school. Harry is an excellent mentor for all of them and they have a lot of respect for him.
Scarlett loves participating in your classes, whether online or face-to-face! Thank you for keeping her fit and excited to exercise, especially during these times. We are so lucky she has a coach who really knows what's important for the kids to be doing in exercise, but most importantly someone who coaches with such positivity and patience. Thanks Harry!
Thank you so much for all you have done for Jae this term. We have really noticed the difference as he has been injury-free [which is a first, as he usually over extends and gets sore hips and knees].
Our two boys attend Harry's fitness program as part of their tennis development and they thoroughly enjoy it. Harry connects very well with the children and they always look forward to his sessions.
