We understand that circumstances out of our control can get in the way of training. Because of this, we try to be as accommodating as possible regarding rescheduling and make up classes, as well as the application of account credits and refunds.

If an athlete is not able to attend the enrolled group class, please send us an email letting us know with as much notice as possible. In this case, the athlete will be eligible to attend a make up class at their chosen time. This means the student can attend another group training session throughout the term to make up for the class they missed. Unlimited make up classes can be attended within the current term or following term. All efforts must be made to attend this make up class, however if it cannot be organised, account credits will be applied. Each athlete will be able to credit for up to 3 sessions per term. 

In the circumstance that a private training session needs to be cancelled, please provide at least 12 hours notice in order to be eligible for a make up class. If a client does not cancel a private appointment at least 12 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee to cover the lost time from the session.

As stated, we understand that extenuating circumstances can interfere with schedules. As such, we reserve the right to take each situation on a case-by-case basis.
