We understand that circumstances out of our control can get in the way of training.
Because of this, we try to be as accomodating as possible regarding rescheduling, make-up classes, the application of account credits and refunds.
If an athlete is not able to attend the enrolled group class, please send an email or text message, giving us as much notice as possible. In this case, the athlete will be given the opportunity to attend a make-up class. This means students can attend another training session [same class as enrolled] throughout the term to make up for the class missed. All efforts must be made to attend this make-up class. If a make-up class cannot be organised, account credits will be applied.
In the circumstance that a private training session needs to be cancelled, please provide at least 12 hours notice in order to be eligible for a make-up class. If a client does not cancel an appointment at least 12 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee, to cover the lost time from the session.
As stated, we understand that extenuating circumstances can interfere with schedules. We reserve the right to take each situation on a case by case basis.
