Giving athletes the resources they need to train independently: anytime, anywhere — under the guidance of our coaches

Training at local gyms is a great option for young athletes as they start to progress and seek out more independence. However, it is crucial to make sure they are following a program that is both safe and effective. With this in mind, we’ve been working to create a solution for our community that allows teenagers to feel independent and in control of their training and schedule, while also easing parents concerns — and that’s where our personalised online training option comes in.

Utilising the gold standard of online platforms, we’re able to deliver training programs straight to our athletes through an app and web-based service. With access to our online training programs, athletes are able to easily follow their specific program, communicate with coaches in real time via video + text, and watch video demonstrations of our coaches running through each exercise to ensure proper technique.

We’ve designed our online training programs for kids of any age, experience level or sporting standard that are looking to work on their athletic development and fitness from home, on the field or in the local gym. 

 

What’s included —
  • A personalised, periodised and sport-specific program tailored specifically to each athlete’s needs. The program will constantly be adapted as the athlete progresses and their needs change throughout the sporting season/year.
  • Access to our training app, Teambuildr.
  • Easy to follow programs with video demonstrations of each exercise.
  • 24/7 access to messaging with coaches, including the ability to send coaches videos for analysis of technique and to address specific questions.
  • Unlimited program reviews as your program needs changing and adapting.
  • 60 minute on-boarding with performance testing, screening and goal setting.
  • Weekly online check-ins with coaches to ensure accountability and program adherence.

 

Online training starts at just $25 per week.

When applicable, we recommend athletes follow up with Coach Harry every 4-6 weeks for 1:1 private training, which can be done face to face or online.
